Bina Wilkes- Managing Director
Bina leads the company with integrity. Being committed and encouraging all staff to fulfil their potential and personal development. Bina is the Managing Director of the company with over 22 years experience and has been part of the company since the start. As the MD, Bina’s role includes personnel management, human resources, recruitment and finance as well as overseeing all other areas.

Jas is an experienced and successful coach with an extensive background in sales, customer service, marketing, retention and team building. Sarah is dependable. Having worked for the company since the very start, Sarah knows the company inside and out. Sarah is trusted and relied on and enjoys being part of this company. As the Office Manager she manages the accounts, payroll and the accreditations. Her patience and knowledge is vital when dealing with clients.
Maurice is pragmatic. With an extensive background in the Police including his role as the head of Crime Reduction, Maurice is acutely aware of the customer’s needs. He is one of only a few people in the country qualified to develop and deliver strategic Crime Reduction projects utilising Home Office approved methodology, and won a Home Office TILLY Award for reducing crime. His role includes client liaison and customer service, Health & Safety, recruitment and training, professional development, as well as general operation management and conducting site visits.
